GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

You are entitled to return any new, unopened items sold to you by Eastory via Eastory.com through Fedex or registered mail within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Eastory will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or a defect in the product as determined by us. As a condition for receiving a refund the items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original product packaging, with all labels and tags intact.

Receiving a Refund

We'll request a refund after we receive and process your returned item. Please expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes:

• 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your returned item from the shipper

• 3 to 5 business days for us to process your returned item

• The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you have not received the refund within 4 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us at customerservice@eastory.com for help.

* If you used an Eastory.com gift card to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase.

For Phone Orders Only - the refund will be given in the form of gift certificate only. No money returns.

Exchanges

If you received a defective item and wish to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at customerservice@eastory.com and we will replace the item in accordance with and subject to its applicable manufacturer's warranty terms. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item in accordance with our return policy; you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the returned item, and then you should place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our returns center.

Returned Itemed

Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate box. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay the return shipping costs. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be equivalent to our standard shipping cost for that item.

Gift Returns

Eastory allows gift recipients to return items they received as a gift even if the order was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, however please note that returned gifts will be replaced only with gift certificates (and not refunded the gift price).
