This is a Papercut of Proverbs 31, in the Book of Proverbs in the Hebrew Bible, describes how a "virtuous woman" should behave. The text of the chapter directs women to be industrious and faithful to their husbands. It is viewed by some Theologians as written by King Solomon himself. The Papercut is decorated with Pomegranates, Flowers and Gold with Biblical Letters.
Paper cutting has been a common Jewish art form since the Middle Ages. In 1345, Rabbi Shem-Tov ben Yitzhak ben Ardutiel, finding that his ink had frozen, continued to write the manuscript by cutting the letters into the paper. 7 years ago, Michel Partouche has realized that his dream was to make papercuts. Ever since his family has been creating paper cuts for customers all over the world, through a long and loving process. Michel gives an idea for a design and makes the drawing. The hand drawn idea is translated to the computer and then cut by laser. His wife Dina - the Art Director takes the initial idea for a papercut, puts together the many different elements and creates the final sketch for the artwork, then their daughter Shira Hand paints most of the paper cuts once they are cut. Michel then frames the art work using unique ideas.
