A beautiful Handmade Sterling Silver Coin Pendant with a "Shema Israel" inscription on it, hung from a hand woven chain.
"Shema Israel" are the first two words of a section of the Torah (Hebrew Bible) that is a centerpiece of the morning and evening Jewish prayer services. The first verse encapsulates the monotheistic essence of Judaism: "Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord", found in Deuteronomy 6:4

The shema israel pendat is REAL silver and very well made. The material bound necklet was also well made but just not my style so I added it onto a chain of silver I already had. It is a beautiful piece no matter what

This is such a lovely piece that I bought another one for a friend's daughter as her Bat Mitzvah present. It is great value and a delicate design that blends modern jewellery with ancient Hebrew.
